Art Class Brisbane – Workshop Terms & Conditions
By booking a workshop with Art Class Brisbane, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Please keep in mind, this is not a big business, Katie is a working artist mentoring the next generation of artists.
Bookings & Payments

All bookings are made on a term basis. You are enrolling for the full term, not paying class by class.

All workshop bookings are non-transferable.

Once booked, your place in the workshop is confirmed and cannot be transferred to another person, date, or program.
Refunds & Make-up Classes

No refunds will be issued once a booking has been made.

No make-up classes are available for missed workshops.

If you are unable to attend a booked class, your booking will be forfeited.
Cancellations by Art Class Brisbane

In the unlikely event that Art Class Brisbane must cancel a class due to illness, you will receive a refund for the cancelled session only.
Public Holidays & School Holidays

Art Class Brisbane workshops and programs may run during school holidays and public holidays as planned.

By booking, you accept that sessions will go ahead during these times if scheduled.
Behaviour

Should your child display behaviour that cannot be managed in a group setting they will be removed from the program and money refunded. These group classes and there is a expectation not to ruin the experience for others. There will be 3 chances offered and on the 3rd chance there will instant removal from class.
Should the student misbehave during the session there will be a requirement to collect your child during the session and the charge for the session will be forfeited.
Please note being neurodivergent is not an excuse for bad behaviour. - NDIS support people are not admitted into the studio room, they are welcome to be in the waiting area to support when and if needed during class time.
