Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times may vary based on your location:

Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup from our Brisbane studio. Once your order is ready for pickup, we will notify you via email with instructions. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation when you collect your items.

International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Australia. If you are outside Australia and would like to inquire about international delivery options, please contact us at info@artclassbrisbane.com.au.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
